HOW DO I MAKE A SERVICE CALL?

When a covered item breaks down, request service by calling 1-855-613-4555 to speak with a highly trained customer service representative or place your service request online Here

 

After your service request is received, one of your approved and insured contractors will contact you to schedule a time to diagnose your problem.  A trade service call fee, per diagnosed item, is due when the contractor arrives to diagnose the problem.

DOES A HOME CLUB PLAN REQUIRE AN INSPECTION?

We do not require a home inspection to qualify for an AFC Home Club membership.  Any failure that occurs after your 30 day review period is eligible for a service request with AFC.

Consequently, the membership does not cover any know or unknown pre-existing conditions.  Any homeowner maintenance requirements per the manufacturer are separate from an inspection and any manufacturer documents should be review separately.

WHEN DOES COVERAGE BEGIN AND WHEN DOES IT END?

Coverage begins 30 days after enrollment and receipt of applicable membership fees and continues for 365 days from your start date.

IS EVERYTHING IN MY HOME COVERED?

Unfortunately, we cannot cover everything in your home; however, AFC Home Club has some of the most comprehensive coverage in the industry.  We cover items that are in good working condition and property maintain at the time of enrollment.  You can download our sample membership for a specific list of covered items, our terms and conditions, limitations, maintenance requirements and any exclusions.

IS THERE A LIMIT ON SERVICE REQUESTS I CAN MAKE?

No.  There is no limit on the number of times you can request service.

HOW CAN I CUSTOMIZE AFC PLANS?
