If, however, you have a repair professional already in mind, we will happily work with them as long as they are licensed and insured.
For repairs that are covered by your plan, AFC helps cover the cost—homeowners simply pay a small service fee at the time of repairs.*
Once repairs are completed, we guarantee the work for the life of your plan, which is up to three years. If that repair fails anytime during your plan, we’ll send a technician to fix it at no cost to you.

How to Order an AFC Plan
If another party, such as the seller, is paying for the warranty, that typically means that warranty purchase will go through closing. For this, you will need an invoice to include with the closing documents.
