Service call fee explained
A service fee is a common feature among home service plans. During any service request, you will pay a fee directly to the professional who comes to your home for repairs. This fee is the same for every type of professional: plumber, electrician, HVAC technician, etc.
AFC lets you choose your service fee amount—$75, $100, or $125. Which service fee amount you choose affects the cost of your plan: the higher the service fee, the lower the cost of the plan.
